Transportation from LaGuardia:

Public Transit:
M60 BusBus until 125th and St. Nicholas to A TrainTrain to 14th Street
Public transportation from LaGuardia is much more involved than it is from other airports. You’ll be taking your luggage on a public bus and will transfer in Harlem to head downtown on the A train. We recommend you use another method of transportation unless you’re very comfortable with New York. For further information visit mta.info

New York Airport Service:
A suitable alternative to a solely public transit experience involves the New York Airport Service. The service differs from the M60 Bus because it only contains passengers from the airport. It differs from a shuttle because it will not drop you off at our front door but you don’t have to wait for everyone else to be dropped off at their hotel either. Instead, they will take you to Penn Station where you can easily hop on the A train and go to 14th street or take a short cab to the guest house. The service costs $12 per person. Visit New York Airport Service online for more information.
